津上精密机床（中国）有限公司（01651）2025年12月24日发布翌日披露报表，披露于当日回购股份10万股，约占公司现有已发行股本的0.02662%。本次回购价格区间介乎每股32.68港元至33.3港元，总成交额约为330.95万港元。
本次交易完成后，公司已发行股本总数维持在375,675,000股，暂未计入待注销股份的影响。公司同时列示，回购授权于2025年8月18日获股东大会通过，最高可购回股份总数为37,567,500股。截至目前，已合计回购5,291,000股，占通过授权当日公司已发行股本的1.4084%。
