361度国际有限公司（01361）公告称，董事会已获授权在股东周年大会期间回购不超过公司已发行股份（不包括库存在内）总数的10%。公告显示，截至最近可行日期，公司合计已发行约20.68亿股，倘获授权悉数行使，最高回购规模约为2.07亿股。
授权一旦在5月15日召开的股东周年大会获得通过，董事会将可于授权有效期内灵活执行股份购回计划。公告指出，购回所需资金将主要来源于公司内部资源，并在开曼群岛公司法及香港上市规则的规定下进行。公司董事会认为，适度回购可在股价偏离内在价值时提升股东回报，并保持灵活的资本结构。
过去12个月（直至2026年3月23日），该股在港交所最高曾达每股6.70港元，最低为3.92港元。董事会表示，此次购回计划符合公司及股东的整体最佳利益，并建议股东批准相关议案。股东可留意5月15日股东周年大会的表决结果。
