Strong Petrochemical Holdings Limited (STRONG PETRO) announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report are now available on both the company’s website (www.strongpetrochem.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders who have previously requested printed communications will receive hard copies enclosed with the notice dated 31 July 2026.

The company encourages all registered shareholders to access the report and future corporate communications online, citing greater efficiency and environmental benefits. Shareholders experiencing difficulties with email notifications or web access—or those who prefer printed copies—may complete and return the enclosed Reply Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label or via email to is-ecom@vistra.com. Printed copies will be provided free of charge upon request.

STRONG PETRO reminds shareholders to ensure the registrar holds a valid email address to receive electronic notices of publication and actionable corporate communications. Until a functional address is supplied, notices and related documents will be dispatched in hard copy. Shareholders with queries may contact the registrar’s hotline at (852) 2980 1333 during business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
