METALIGHT（02605.HK）8月14日晚间发布正面盈利预告称，预计截至2026年6月30日止六个月净亏损约300万至1,300万元人民币，相较2025年同期净亏损1.255亿元人民币显著收窄。
公司称，亏损收窄主要由于两项一次性因素不再出现：其一，2025年6月上市时优先股自动转换为普通股，2025年上半年因此确认约1.192亿元人民币的公允价值亏损；其二，2025年上半年因上市产生的相关费用约1,750万元人民币，2026年同期已不再发生。
剔除优先股公允价值变动、股份支付、股权投资公允价值变动、一次性对外捐赠、上市开支及出售股权投资亏损等项目后，公司预计2026年上半年经调整后净利润约600万至1,600万元人民币，低于2025年同期的2,820万元人民币。公司说明，经调整后净利润下降主要受较大规模人员调整导致的辞退补偿金增加及收入略有下滑影响。
METALIGHT表示，目前各项业务运营正常推进，财务状况未出现重大不利变化；完整的2026年上半年业绩将于2026年8月底前公布。公司提醒投资者买卖公司股份时应保持审慎。
