AMUSE GROUP (08545) announced that on May 8, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jia Yi Investment Limited, subscribed for financial products in the form of two credit-linked notes issued by the issuer, with a total principal amount of $1.2 million (equivalent to approximately HK$9.36 million). The first credit-linked note is linked to China's sovereign credit, while the second is linked to Indonesia's sovereign credit. The issuer is Bank of Singapore Limited.
