惠生工程技术服务有限公司（下称“惠生工程”）于2026年3月2日发布的月报显示，截至2026年2月28日，公司在港交所（股票代码：02236）登记的法定/注册股本维持不变，总额为2,000,000,000港元，普通股每股面值0.1港元。普通股已发行股份总数仍为4,073,767,800股。
惠生工程报告指出，2月期间并无新增发行、配发或回购股份，也无任何库藏或注销活动，已发行股份维持在上月底水平。
公司披露，其依据2022年12月20日通过并于2025年4月2日授出的购股权计划中，合计66,640,000份股份期权在本月无新增行使或失效，各项数据与上月一致。
截至2026年2月末，公司股本及股份数量保持稳定。惠生工程确认已遵守香港联交所上市规则及相关法律法规。本次公告由公司秘书曾芝嘉签署。
