Hong Kong-listed Data Union Capital International Holdings Group Limited (Data Union Capital) announced senior management changes effective 26 June 2026.

Ms. Cheung Yuet Fan has stepped down from her roles as Company Secretary, Authorised Representative under GEM Listing Rule 5.24, and Process Agent under GEM Listing Rule 24.05(2) owing to retirement. She confirmed no disagreements with the Board and no matters needing shareholder or Stock Exchange attention. The Board expressed appreciation for her service.

Concurrently, Mr. Heung Ka Lok, aged 45, has been appointed Company Secretary, Authorised Representative and Process Agent. Mr. Heung has served as Data Union Capital’s Chief Financial Officer since August 2025, responsible for financial strategy, planning and management. His career spans more than 20 years across accounting, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, ESG and corporate secretarial functions.

Key experience and credentials: • Executive Director and Financial Controller, Janco Holdings Limited (GEM: 8035) from October 2022 to November 2024. • Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary roles at two private companies (2016–2020). • Deputy Financial Controller, Hsin Chong Group Holdings Limited (2011–2016). • Audit Manager, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (2004–2011). • Fellow Member, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. • Associate Member, The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute (UK). • Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy and Master of Corporate Governance, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. • ESG Reporting Certification, HKCGI (July 2024).

The Board currently comprises Executive Directors Mr. Mai Junhui (Chairman) and Mr. Zhong Chuanyong, with Independent Non-Executive Directors Mr. Deng Kaihong, Mr. Wu Yuantao and Ms. Li Weiwei.
