Winshine Science Company Limited announced that its 2025 Annual Report—available in both English and Chinese—is now accessible in the “Investor Relations” section of the company website (www.winshine.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

Going forward, the company will distribute all corporate communications exclusively in electronic form. No hard-copy documents will be mailed unless shareholders submit a written request.

Notifications of each new online publication will be sent by e-mail or post only when shareholders’ contact details are supplied to Winshine Science through HKSCC Nominees Limited and the relevant intermediaries (banks, brokers, custodians or nominees). Shareholders are therefore encouraged to provide functional e-mail addresses to their intermediaries to ensure timely receipt of notices.

Shareholders who prefer physical documents must complete and return the designated request form to Tricor Investor Services Limited (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) or email is-ecom@vistra.com. Each request will remain valid until 31 December 2027 unless revoked or superseded.
