2026年8月12日，BBSB INTL（08610）公告称，旗下全资子公司BBSB Holdings Sdn Bhd已与Shantawood Sdn Bhd（SSB）签署谅解备忘录，双方将就于SSB拥有的马来西亚土地上开发数据中心设施展开合作探讨。SSB为马来西亚证券交易所上市公司DPS Resources Berhad的全资附属公司。 \n\n根据备忘录，双方将评估在技术、商业、监管及基础设施可行性等方面的条件，并在取得必要批准后，磋商并签署最终协议。当前各方尚未达成具法律约束力的正式协议，合作能否最终落实尚存在不确定性。 \n\n公司表示，若合作落实，将凭借集团在桥梁及基础建设工程领域的经验和专业知识，切入数据中心基础设施建设，实现资源与能力的互补。 \n\nBBSB INTL指出，后续如有任何进展，将按香港联交所GEM上市规则适时披露进一步信息。
