Tianju Dihe (Suzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. (“TIANJUDIHE”) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary JUHE TIANQING (SUZHOU) INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. signed an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract on 14 July 2026 to build a production headquarters dedicated to a public-security large language model (LLM) and incident-reporting robots.
The EPC consortium—comprising Uni Innovate Times (Suzhou) Design Co., Ltd. and Suzhou Fifth Construction Group Co., Ltd.—will deliver design, procurement and construction services for a fixed lump-sum consideration of RMB101.87 million, inclusive of taxes. The project will rise on a site at the south side of Tian’edang Road and west side of Tayun Road in Suzhou’s Wuzhong District, covering a construction area of approximately 28,351.3 m².
Construction is scheduled to run for 460 calendar days, commencing 26 July 2026 and targeting completion on 28 October 2027. Payment will be milestone-based: 20% as an advance following permit issuance, progressive payments up to 97% upon reaching nine predefined construction benchmarks (including structural topping-out, curtain-wall installation, and government acceptance), and a 3% quality retention released after final acceptance and settlement.
TIANJUDIHE plans to fund the project through internal resources and bank loans. Management states that owning a dedicated facility is expected to enhance research, development and production efficiency for its LLM and robotics businesses, aligning with the group’s long-term operational strategy.
Under Hong Kong Listing Rules, the transaction meets the criteria of a discloseable transaction (applicable percentage ratios above 5% but below 25%), requiring announcement but not shareholder approval.
