威海银行(09677)发布更新公告，董事会建议就截至2025年12月31日止年度派发末期普通股息，每100股派发10元人民币，折合每股0.10元人民币。该建议须提交6月29日举行的股东周年大会审议批准。
根据公告披露的派息时间表，若股息方案获批，除净日定为2026年7月9日。为确定享有分派的股东资格，公司将自2026年7月11日至7月16日暂停办理股份过户登记，记录日期为2026年7月16日，股息派发日则为2026年7月30日。递交过户文件的最后时限为2026年7月10日16时30分。
此次股息将以港元进行派发，具体折算汇率有待后续公布。
在税务安排方面，公告明确，对于登记地址在中国内地以外的非个人居民股东及非居民企业股东，公司将按10%的税率代扣代缴相关所得税。其他税收安排将依照相关法规及税务征管要求办理。
