On 14 May 2026, Yeebo (International Holdings) Limited granted 1.86 million share options to 14 employees under the Share Option Scheme adopted on 16 August 2024. Each option entitles its holder to subscribe for one ordinary share at HK$4.14, equal to both the grant-day closing price and the highest of the pricing benchmarks stipulated by Hong Kong listing rules.
The options will vest in staggered tranches through May 2031 (or June 2031 for one grantee) and will be exercisable until 13 May 2036: • Four employees: five-year graded vesting (≈11%, 22%, 33%, 22%, 12%). • Nine employees: three-year graded vesting (≈33%, 33%, 34%). • One employee: five-year graded vesting commencing June 2027 with the same percentage split as the first group.
The allocation was determined by role, experience and expected long-term contribution. None of the grantees is a director, chief executive, substantial shareholder, related entity participant or service provider, and no individual allocation exceeds the 1% cap set by Listing Rule 17.03D(1).
No performance targets are attached; however, a clawback mechanism applies for misconduct or other qualifying events as detailed in the Share Option Scheme. The company will not extend financial assistance for option exercise.
Following this grant, 68.13 million shares remain available for future grants under the scheme mandate.
