2026年6月15日，华宝国际控股有限公司（股票代码：00336）发布翌日披露报表，宣布当日于香港联交所场内回购普通股27.60万股，占公司已发行股本约0.009%。本次回购每股价格介乎3.57港元至3.64港元，合计耗资约99.66万港元。
公告显示，上述回购股份目前尚未取消，未导致公司已发行股本发生变化。截至2026年6月15日，公司已发行股本仍为3,228,431,876股，库藏股数为0。根据2026年5月11日通过的购回授权，华宝国际最多可回购322,843,187股，至今已累计回购3,816,000股，占授权获批当日已发行股本的约0.1182%。
公司表示已就是次回购获得董事会正式授权，并严格遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律规定。公告由执行董事潘昭国签署。
