2026年7月21日，安徽海螺水泥股份有限公司（简称“海螺水泥”，股票代码：00914）公告称，当日分别在香港联合交易所及上海证券交易所实施股份回购。公司于港交所场内回购H股55万股，占回购前H股已发行股本约0.0426%，并于上交所回购A股125万股，占回购前A股已发行股本约0.0315%。
据公告披露，此次回购H股最高回购价每股17.74港元、最低回购价17.51港元，合计耗资约968.74万港元。回购完成后，海螺水泥H股的已发行股本减少至1,290,955,000股，库藏股增至8,645,000股，合计仍为1,299,600,000股。公司A股的回购价格区间为每股17.56元至18.08元人民币，累计付出约2,224.90万元人民币，A股已发行股本降至3,962,750,244股，库藏股增至14,709,800股，总股本保持3,977,460,044股。此项回购依据2026年5月28日获得的回购授权进行，未超过授权额度。公司确认本次股份回购严格遵守《香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则》及适用法律规定。公告由联席公司秘书虞水签署。
