PetroChina Company Limited on 4 September 2026 filed its Monthly Return with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, confirming that no changes occurred in either its authorised or issued share capital during August 2026.

Total authorised share capital remained unchanged at RMB 183.02 billion, split between: • H shares: 21.10 billion authorised shares with a par value of RMB 1 each. • A shares: 161.92 billion authorised shares with a par value of RMB 1 each.

Issued share volumes were also steady: 21.10 billion H shares and 161.92 billion A shares, with zero treasury shares reported across both classes. Consequently, the company’s total issued share count stood at 183.02 billion at month-end, identical to the prior month.

The H-share class satisfied the Hong Kong Exchange’s minimum free-float requirement of 5% of issued shares, and the filing confirms full compliance with Main Board Rule 13.32D(1). No share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments were issued, exercised, or outstanding during the period.

PetroChina’s board, through Company Secretary Wang Hua, further affirmed adherence to all applicable listing rules, regulatory obligations, and corporate formalities in respect of its capital structure as at 31 August 2026.
