中银航空租赁(02588)2025年度财务摘要：租赁租金收入升至18.90亿元美元，飞行器资产净值达227.66亿元美元

中银航空租赁(02588)截至2025年12月31日止年度，租赁租金收入总额为18.90亿元美元，较2024年度的18.50亿元美元有所上升。按地域分布，2025年度亚太（不含中国内地、香港、澳门及台湾）贡献20.5%，中国内地、香港、澳门及台湾贡献20.9%，美洲29.5%，欧洲16.7%，中东及非洲12.4%。同时，中国内地、香港、澳门及台湾的航空公司客户租赁收入占整体的20.9%，美国的航空公司客户占19.0%。报告期内未有其他国家收入占比超过10%。

在资产方面，2025年度飞行器账面净值及融资租赁收入合计227.66亿元美元，较2024年度的217.76亿元美元有所增加，其中美洲占比40.0%，亚太（不含中国内地、香港、澳门及台湾）19.6%，中国内地、香港、澳门及台湾16.1%，欧洲14.5%，中东及非洲9.8%。截至2025年12月31日，面向美国的飞行器账面价值及融资租赁收入占比29.5%，无其他国家超过10%。

2025年度及2024年度，面向美洲与亚太地区（不含中国内地、香港、澳门及台湾）的航空公司客户出租飞机的减值拨备分别为0.07亿元美元和0.035亿元美元；2024年度另确认1.748亿元美元的飞机减值金额，涉及面向美国航空公司客户的飞机。以上财务报表已于2026年3月19日经董事决议批准。
