2025年7月至12月,中国生态旅游集团(“集团”)实现营收约5,161.5万港元,同比上一年度同期(约9,703.3万港元)下降约47%。报告期内,经调整净亏损约2,941.2万港元,对比上一年度同期约6,774.8万港元的亏损额改善约56.6%。期间毛利率约为43.8%,上一年度同期约为48.7%。经营利润约为743.7万港元,经营利润率约14.4%,上一年度同期为经营亏损。经营活动现金流净额为1,038.5万港元,上一年度同期为2,686.9万港元。

成本结构方面,销售及服务成本约2,899.3万港元,同比减少约41.8%;员工成本约2,156.1万港元,同比微降。管理层认为,成本规模与收入变动相匹配,有助于整体效率的提升。

业务分项

彩票业务是集团核心收入来源,上半年贡献约5,144.9万港元,上一年度同期约9,700.3万港元。天然及健康食品业务收入约16.6万港元,上一年度同期约3万港元。彩票板块下滑主要受订单节奏影响;天然及健康食品板块基数较小,整体维持平稳发展。
