根据公告，2026年2月5日，公司于香港联合交易所回购100股股份，每股回购价为港币410.6元，总金额约为港币41,060元。同时，公司当日亦在纽约证券交易所回购54,314股股份，价格区间为每股美元54.39至55.84，总耗资约为美元2,999,963.18。公司另因股权奖励计划发行新股21,633股，发行价为每股美元55.67。相关变动后，截至2026年2月5日，公司已发行股本（不含库藏股）降至354,243,220股。
公告显示，上述回购行为基于公司于2025年5月23日通过的购回授权。截至目前，公司已累计根据该授权购回股份数为20,121,060股，占授权通过当日已发行股本总数的约5.4%。公司确认本次购回及发行过程均遵守香港联交所上市规则和相关法律规定。
