Issuer: China Construction Bank Corporation London Branch Issuer Rating: S&P: A Stable, Fitch: A Stable, Moody's: A1 Negative Expected Issue Rating: A1 (Moody's) Type: Floating rate, senior unsecured green notes issued under CCB's Green, Social, Sustainability and Sustainability-Linked Bond Framework (the "GSSS Bond Framework"), under the USD 15,000,000,000 Medium Term Note Programme of CCB and CCB Hong Kong Branch Regulation: Reg S Currency: USD Issue Size: USD benchmark size Tenor: 3-year | 5-year Initial Price Guidance: SOFR+105bps area | SOFR+115bps area Settlement Date: September 11, 2025

Use of Proceeds: To provide all or partial financing and/or refinancing to clients participating in eligible green projects and the bank's own operational activities, including financing within the green eligible categories specified in the bank's GSSS Bond Framework, which complies with ICMA Green Bond Principles among others.
