HCCL releases 2025 Annual Report and AGM Circular, switches to electronic dissemination

Hospital Corporation of China Limited (HCCL) announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report and Circular for the upcoming Annual General Meeting are now available on both the company website (www.hcclhealthcare.com) and the HKEX news website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders who encounter difficulties accessing the online documents can request printed copies free of charge by emailing HospitalCorp.ecom@computershare.com.hk or writing to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

Non-registered shareholders are advised to provide their email addresses to the relevant intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited—to facilitate future electronic communications. Those who still prefer hard-copy materials may indicate this preference on the reply form enclosed with the notification and return it using the prepaid mailing label (no stamp required within Hong Kong).

The notification was issued on 28 April 2026 and signed by Chairman Chen Shuai on behalf of the Board.
