信也科技（FINV）今日盘中大涨5.09%，股价表现强劲。消息面上，公司发布了2025年第二季度财报，显示业绩稳健增长，多项经营指标表现亮眼。
财报显示，信也科技2025年第二季度实现营收35.8亿元，净利润7.5亿元。经营层面，当季促成交易额达540亿元，同比增长10.9%；在贷余额775亿元，同比增长18.1%。截至二季度末，信也科技已累计为国内外近3660万用户提供信贷科技服务。公司首席财务官徐佳圆表示，二季度集团经营与财务表现均保持良好态势，现金流稳健充裕。
值得注意的是，信也科技国际业务增长迅速。二季度国际业务交易额突破32亿元，同比增长39%；营收近8.0亿元，同比增长41.5%，占集团总营收的22.3%。公司在6月完成了1.5亿美元可转换优先票据的发行，拟用于支持国际业务拓展、补充营运资金，以及开展同步回购。此外，公司上半年累计回购股份6380万美元，显示出对未来发展的信心。
