CHUNCHENG HEAT (01853) announced that Mr. Li Zhongcheng has resigned from his positions as joint company secretary and legal process agent due to changes in work arrangements, effective September 23, 2025. Ms. Liang Aixin has been appointed as joint company secretary and legal process agent, effective September 23, 2025. Mr. Wan Tao will continue to serve as the other joint company secretary.
