9月23日，山高控股续涨逾25%，上一交易日大涨近30%；公司回应股权集中，称公司能够遵守公众持股量规定。
9月19日，山高控股发布公告，董事会注意到公司股份的交易价格及成交量于公告日期出现异常变动。经过合理的查询，董事会确认，除了此前在9月18日发布的关于股权高度集中的公告所述事宜外，未发现导致股份出现股价及成交量异常变动的任何原因。同时，董事会也表示，本集团的业务运营维持正常，且业务运营及财务状况并无重大变动。
据悉，香港证监会此前指山高控股股权高度集中，称仅7.54%股份由其他股东持有。山高控股回应称，于2025年9月1日及本公告日期，山高控股已发行股份至少25％由公众持有，本公司能够遵守联交所证券上市规则项下的公众持股量规定。公司同时宣布回购计划，拟回购不超过1亿美元的股份。
