Green Energy Group Limited (“Green Energy GP”, 00979.HK) announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Interim Report are now accessible on both the company’s website (www.hk-greenenergy.com) and the HKExnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered shareholders may download the document by selecting “Financial Reports” on the company homepage or navigating directly through HKExnews.

Effective 31 December 2023, the Stock Exchange’s revised Listing Rule 2.07 allows listed issuers to adopt a paperless regime. In line with this policy, Green Energy GP confirmed that all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, notices of meeting, circulars and proxy forms—will be provided electronically on the aforementioned websites. Printed copies will no longer be distributed by default.

Shareholders who wish to receive electronic notifications are encouraged to supply a functional email address. This can be done by scanning the personalized QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the completed form to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong. Those opting for printed copies must expressly request them; such instructions will remain valid for one year from the date of receipt.
