AiLife International Group Limited（原名凌锐控股有限公司，港交所：00784）7月30日发布公告，正式更改公司中英文名称及股份简称，并终止使用现有公司标志。
公司英文名称已由“Ling Yui Holdings Limited”更改为“AiLife International Group Limited”，中文名称由“凌锐控股有限公司”更改为“爱生命国际集团有限公司”。开曼群岛公司注册处已于2026年6月30日签发更改名称注册证明书，香港公司注册处于2026年7月27日发出相关证明书。
公司股份英文简称将自2026年8月4日9时起由“LING YUI”变更为“AILIFE INTL”，中文简称由“凌锐控股”变更为“爱生命国际”。公司股份代号00784保持不变。
自公告日起，公司停止使用原有标志；所有已发行股票凭证继续有效，股东权利、公司日常经营及财务状况均不受影响，公司亦不会安排免费换领印有新名称的股票。
董事会现由执行董事许明炎博士、陈实富博士、温媛女士，以及独立非执行董事吴迪先生、龚伟星先生、汤勇军博士组成。
