HSBC Institutional Trust Services, acting as trustee for Frasers Centrepoint Trust (FCT), has priced S200 million in subordinated perpetual securities. The fixed−rate securities carry a 3.983 billion multicurrency debt programme.
Issued in denominations of S$250,000 each, the securities will pay distributions semi-annually in arrears, starting from July 2, 2025, through June 30, 2030. OCBC is the sole lead manager, with listing scheduled for July 3, 2025 on the Singapore Exchange.
FCT units closed up 0.5% at S2.23 on the trading day before this announcement.
