Lineage's stock soared 5.07% during intraday trading on Wednesday, driven by the company's release of better-than-expected fourth-quarter 2025 financial results and optimistic guidance for fiscal year 2026.
The company reported Q4 adjusted funds from operations (FFO) of $0.83 per diluted share, significantly surpassing the FactSet consensus estimate of $0.71. Additionally, Q4 adjusted EBITDA came in at $327 million, beating the IBES estimate of $295.8 million. For the full year 2025, adjusted funds from operations (AFFO) increased 22.7% to $865 million.
Lineage also provided guidance for fiscal year 2026, expecting adjusted EBITDA in the range of $1.25 billion to $1.30 billion and AFFO per share between $2.75 and $3.00. The company highlighted strong execution across its network, with utilization increasing sequentially in Q4, signaling a return to normal seasonality, alongside a focus on cost control and productivity improvements.
