On 28 September 2026, Khoon Group Limited announced that it had received a letter from Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited/The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (HKEX) stating the Listing Committee’s decision, dated 25 September 2026, to cancel the company’s listing under Rule 6.01(4) of the Listing Rules.

The Listing Committee concluded that United States sanctions and related risks have “materially affected” Khoon Group’s operations and that the company has not demonstrated ongoing suitability for listing as required by Rule 2.03.

Khoon Group has seven business days from receipt of the decision to request a review by the Listing Review Committee. Should the company opt against a review, the last trading day for its shares will be 12 October 2026, with formal cancellation of listing taking effect at 9:00 a.m. on 13 October 2026. The board is currently consulting advisers and has not yet determined whether to seek the review, noting that the outcome remains uncertain.

Trading in Khoon Group’s shares has been suspended since 1:00 p.m. on 24 July 2026 and will continue to be halted until a public resumption announcement satisfies HKEX requirements. Shareholders have been urged to exercise caution and seek professional advice regarding the potential implications of delisting.

As of the announcement date, Khoon Group’s board comprises one executive director, Tseung Choi Wing Queenie, and three independent non-executive directors—Fok Wai Hung, So Chi Kai and Choi Jyoti Chien.
