ADWAY Construction Group (06189) announced that Mr. Li Liangxian has resigned from his position as company secretary of the company, and will no longer serve as the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Listing Rules), and as the authorized representative for receiving legal process documents and notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (agent for service of process), with effect from August 22, 2025. Mr. He Zhi has been appointed as company secretary, authorized representative and agent for service of process, with effect from August 22, 2025.
