浩森金融科技集团有限公司(以下简称“浩森金融科技”，股份代号：3848)于2025年12月17日公布，与一名独立第三方借款人签订贷款融资协议。主要条款显示，浩森金融科技的间接全资附属公司浩森小额贷款将向借款人提供金额为人民币3,330万元(相当于约3,678.77万港元)的贷款，按年利率9%计算，自协议日期起为期15个月，至2027年3月16日到期。贷款采取按季付息的方式，并可在获得同意的情况下提前偿还及再度借回已偿还的部分。
公告指出，该笔贷款由集团内部资金拨付并经内部信贷风险评估程序，集团认为其风险在可控范围内。浩森金融科技的主要业务包括在中国提供融资租赁、保理及财务顾问服务，以及开展小额贷款及供应链业务。集团称，授出该笔贷款将带来利息收入，并符合集团日常业务的发展方向。
本次交易根据香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则计算，从适用百分比率高于5%但低于25%而界定为须予披露交易，需要遵守上市规则相关申报及公告规定。浩森金融科技认为本次贷款融资协议条款公平合理，并符合公司及股东整体利益。
