上海宝济药业股份有限公司于2026年7月22日公告，发布翌日披露报表，确认当日于香港联交所场内回购110,900股H股普通股，数量占回购前公司已发行股本约0.07245%。本次回购每股价格区间介乎17.63港元至18.39港元，合计支付约199.55万港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股本由原先的153,066,450股下降至152,955,550股，同时库藏股数量增加至1,371,700股。
公司此前于2026年5月26日通过购回授权，授权总数为15,432,725股。截至本次回购后，已累计回购并持有1,371,700股，占该购回授权通过当日公司已发行股本的约0.88883%。公司表示，上述交易已严格遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。
