China Hanking Holdings Limited (03788) disclosed that on 29 January 2026, it completed two share issuances under separate agreements dated 21 January 2026 and 22 January 2026. These activities involved 43,960,000 new shares (representing 2.16% of pre-transaction issued shares) and 162,040,000 new shares (representing 7.96% of pre-transaction issued shares), each at HKD 3.8 per share.
Following these issuances, the number of issued shares increased from 2,035,000,000 to 2,241,000,000. The company confirmed that the share issuance process complied with all applicable listing rules, laws, and other regulatory requirements.
