丰展控股（01826）3月19日晚间在港交所发布盈利警告，基于对截至2025年12月31日止年度未经审阅综合管理账目的初步评估，公司预计期内将录得净亏损约0.20亿至0.25亿港元，而上一个财年同期则实现净利润约0.10亿港元。
公司将亏损归因于多重因素： 1. 建筑市场环境不利导致新项目数量减少，现有合约盈利能力下降； 2. 承包相关开支上升，进一步压缩利润空间； 3. 信贷风险敞口扩大及应收账款余额增加，致使预期信贷亏损拨备大幅增加。
董事会表示，目前年度业绩仍在编制过程中，相关数据尚未经过核数师及审核委员会审阅，最终结果可能与本次预告存在差异。公司计划于2026年3月底前披露完整年度业绩报告。
丰展控股提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
