BIOSYSEN (01355) has announced that all conditions outlined in the subscription and settlement agreement have been fulfilled, with the process finalized on August 5, 2026.
Following the completion, convertible bonds with a total principal amount of HK$50 million have been issued to the subscriber. The subscription price for the convertible bonds was settled by the subscriber through offsetting a loan. The company's repayment obligation related to the offset loan has been fully satisfied.
As of the date of this announcement, no convertible bonds have been converted into shares.
