2026年3月5日，泰格医药（03347）公布截至2026年2月28日的股份变动月报表。报告显示，公司A股与H股的法定股本均维持不变，A股法定股本为737,901,250股，每股面值人民币1元；H股法定股本为123,124,800股，每股面值人民币1元，总计人民币861,026,050元。
根据公告，期内已发行A股总数为732,017,470股，另有5,883,780股A股被公司以库存股份形式持有，已发行H股总数为123,124,800股，均无新增发行或注销情况。公司确认符合香港联交所对于最少公众持股量的规定。
公告同时指出，期间无任何股份期权相关变动，也未有权证、可换股票据及其他发行人股份之安排。此前公司在2024年至2025年间曾多次回购A股，并将部分库存股份注销，现剩余库存在5,883,780股A股。截至2026年2月末，整体股本结构保持稳定。
公告由董事叶小平签署，公司表示将继续遵守香港联交所《上市规则》等相关法律法规。
