朝聚眼科（02219）于2026年9月18日发布公告，当日通过香港联交所场内回购公司股份300,000股，约占该公司已发行股本的0.043%。本次回购每股价格介乎港币2.41至2.51港元，总涉资约734,550港元（约73.46万港元）。回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数仍维持在701,460,000股，且库藏股数量为0股。
公告显示，朝聚眼科已于2026年5月12日获股东大会批准购回授权，可购买最多70,518,050股股份。截至本次回购前，公司已依据该授权累计购回5,676,500股，占购回授权通过当日公司已发行股本约0.805%。此外，本次在香港联交所进行的回购已遵守《香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则》及相关法律法规。公司另确认，回购完成后有30天的暂止期，在此期间内不得发行新股或出售、转让任何库藏股，相关暂止期至2026年10月18日届满。
