2026年9月1日，长飞光纤光缆(06869)发布翌日披露报表，公告当日办理了与2025年员工持股计划相关的库藏股转让事宜。根据公告，公司分别向董事以及非董事的持股计划参与人转让了库藏股228,000股和2,172,000股，分别占转让前公司已发行股本约0.057%和0.5425%。本次转让每股价格均为人民币0元。
本次转让完成后，公司已发行股份数由原来的400,338,314股增加至402,738,314股，库藏股由6,000,000股减少至3,600,000股，公司的股份总数仍为406,338,314股。
公告中同时披露，相关股份转让事宜已获得公司董事会正式授权批准，并已遵守上市规则和相关法律法规的规定。该公告由公司董事长马杰签署。
