Major Shareholder of BIOHEART-B (02185) Plans to Increase H-shares Holdings by Up to HKD 15 Million

BIOHEART-B (02185) announced that its major shareholder, Wang Li, has notified the company of his intention to increase his holdings. Mr. Wang plans to acquire H-shares of the company using his own funds through Winning Powerful Limited, a company he wholly owns, within approximately 12 months from the date of this announcement. The total amount expected for this acquisition will not exceed HKD 15 million. Winning Powerful Limited may periodically increase its holdings based on market conditions and applicable regulatory requirements. As of the date of this announcement, Winning Powerful Limited directly holds 45.6456 million H-shares, representing about 18.75% of the company’s issued shares.
