FUYAO GLASS (03606) has announced its intention to reappoint Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP as the company's domestic audit firm and internal control audit firm for the 2026 fiscal year. The company also plans to reappoint Ernst & Young Hong Kong as its international audit firm for the same period. This proposal to renew the appointment of the accounting firms is subject to approval at the company's 2025 annual general meeting of shareholders.
