Shanghai Iluvatar CoreX Semiconductor Co., Ltd. announced the current composition of its Board of Directors and the membership of its three specialised committees as of 29 June 2026.

The nine-member Board comprises: • Executive Directors (4): Mr. Gai Lujiang (Chairman and CEO), Mr. Sun Yile, Mr. Liu Zheng and employee-representative director Mr. Yang Lei. • Non-executive Directors (2): Mr. Wang Chen and Mr. Ding Junbo. • Independent Non-executive Directors (3): Dr. Teng Yong, Mr. Ren Jintao and Dr. Wang Yan.

Committee assignments are as follows: 1. Audit Committee – chaired by independent director Mr. Ren Jintao, with Mr. Gai Lujiang, Dr. Teng Yong and Dr. Wang Yan serving as members. 2. Nomination Committee – chaired by Dr. Teng Yong; members include Mr. Gai Lujiang, Mr. Ren Jintao and Dr. Wang Yan. 3.
