华和控股（09938）再度延期召开股东周年大会并调整股份过户登记时间

8月20日，华和控股集团有限公司（09938）公告称，原定于2026年8月20日及后续延期至9月22日举行的股东周年大会将进一步顺延至2026年9月30日10时举行。公司表示，此举旨在为编制股东周年大会相关通告及通函预留更多时间。

受会议日期再度顺延影响，公司亦同步调整股份过户登记暂停办理期间。为确定股东于大会上的出席及投票资格，公司将自2026年9月24日至2026年9月30日（包括首尾两日）暂停办理股份过户登记手续。相应地，股东须于2026年9月23日16时30分前，将所有股份过户文件及相关股票送交香港夏悫道16号远东金融中心17楼的卓佳证券登记有限公司，以完成登记。纪录日期定为2026年9月30日。

公告特别提醒，先前于6月29日年度业绩公告和7月21日年度报告中披露的2026年8月14日至8月20日的过户登记暂停期，以及7月21日及7月23日发布的延期公告、澄清公告中披露的2026年9月17日至9月22日的相关安排，已被本公告取代并不再适用。

公司指出，除上述调整外，前述延期公告及澄清公告所载其他资料保持不变。关于股东周年大会的具体议案及相关事项，华和控股将适时刊发进一步通告及通函。

截至公告日，公司董事会由五名成员组成，包括执行董事陈越华先生、陈辉先生，以及独立非执行董事于志荣先生、丁昕女士和杨耀民先生。
