METASPACEX (01796) announced that on December 31, 2025, the company entered into a strategic cooperation memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Sanzhuliang Group Co., Ltd. According to the MOU, the two parties have preliminarily agreed to jointly explore cooperation opportunities in areas including agricultural digitalization, healthy food research and development, supply chain digitalization, and market expansion. The Group intends to leverage Sanzhuliang Group's technical and market advantages to meet the current diversified development needs of enterprises, thereby enhancing the diversity of the Group's business and creating future profit growth points.
Specific cooperation directions include, but are not limited to: (i) jointly building a digital foundation for smart agriculture; (ii) constructing a credible and traceable supply chain collaboration system; (iii) promoting the intelligent integration of agricultural and health data; (iv) creating a comprehensive digital marketing and user operation ecosystem; (v) jointly expanding the professional health market and ecological cooperation; and (vi) establishing a joint agricultural technology innovation platform. Furthermore, the Group can utilize its own capital market advantages to engage in deeper cooperation with Sanzhuliang Group and promote the market expansion of related cooperative businesses and projects through the company's brand effect.
Following the execution of the MOU, both parties will conduct relevant market analysis and industry research focusing on smart agriculture and the large health industry, and will commence personnel communication and field investigation work as soon as possible. The Group is primarily engaged in decoration services and the supply of decoration materials. It has been actively seeking potential investment opportunities to drive diversification beyond its existing business, open up new revenue streams, and ultimately improve the Group's business operations and financial condition while enhancing shareholder value.
The Board of Directors believes that signing the strategic cooperation MOU with Sanzhuliang Group will be beneficial for the Group to capitalize on the business opportunities and national policies related to agricultural digitalization and the healthy food market in Mainland China.
