大唐新能源（01798）2026年7月14日完成发行2026年度第四期超短期融资券，本期融资券发行总额人民币10亿元，期限120天，兑付日为2026年11月12日。
本期融资券面值为人民币100元，票面利率1.36%，自2026年7月15日起计息。上海浦东发展银行股份有限公司担任主承销商及簿记管理人，江苏银行股份有限公司担任联席主承销商。融资券通过集中簿记建档及集中配售的方式在中国境内银行间债券市场公开发行。
募集资金将用于偿还存量有息债务及补充流动资金等合法合规用途。相关发行文件已刊载于上海清算所网站。
公司表示，本次融资券发行不构成香港《上市规则》第14章及第14A章下的任何交易。
