The anticipated segment profit for the securities investment business in the 2025 financial year is primarily attributable to realized and unrealized gains of approximately HK$10.734 million on financial assets at fair value through profit or loss during the period. For the 2024 financial year, the comparable figure for realized and unrealized gains was approximately HK$5.045 million.
