Another "Brokerage-Bred" Board Secretary Appointed at Lanjian Intelligent

Recently, Lanjian Intelligent (688557.SH) announced that it held the 21st meeting of its fifth board of directors, at which the proposal to appoint a new board secretary was reviewed and approved, agreeing to appoint Hu Di as the company's board secretary.

According to available information, Hu Di was born in April 1984 and holds a master's degree, along with AUCPA (Australian Certified Public Accountant) and CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) certifications. From November 2013 to September 2017, Hu Di served as a business director at Shenwan Hongyuan Securities; from September 2017 to September 2020, Hu Di was a senior director of the board office and investment at Shanghai Yuyuan Tourist Mart (Group) Co., Ltd.; from September 2020 to September 2024, Hu Di served as board secretary and general manager of investment and financing at Huifu Payment; from October 2024 to June 2026, Hu Di was a managing partner at Zhenyi Investment; and since June 2026, Hu Di has been the investment and financing director at Lanjian Intelligent.

It is worth noting that Hu Di previously worked at Shenwan Hongyuan Securities for nearly four years, making Hu Di a "brokerage-bred" board secretary. Currently, Hu Di has participated in the board secretary qualification training for the STAR Market organized by the Shanghai Stock Exchange and has completed the examination, obtaining the board secretary qualification training certificate.
