Auto Italia Subsidiary Hudson Automotive Signs EUR3.46 Million Euro-eBOLD Vehicle Contract with Serbia’s Fabrika

Auto Italia Holdings Limited disclosed that its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Hudson Automotive Import & Export (Chongqing) Co., Ltd., has entered into a sales contract with Serbia-based Fabrika Poljoprivredne Mehanizacije Agromehanika D.O.O. Boljevac. The agreement covers the supply of Euro-eBOLD model vehicles valued at approximately EUR3.46 million.
Fabrika, an associate of Serbian new-energy vehicle dealer Gama Elektrocentar D.O.O., is an independent third party with no connections to Auto Italia or its connected persons as defined under Hong Kong listing rules.
The board advises shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
