Greenheart Group Limited (94) reports that completion of SPA 1 under the very substantial disposal was finalized on 30 January 2026. SPA 2 remains subject to further conditions, including the Māori Court Confirmation, before completion can proceed.
A special dividend of HK$0.01 per share is planned for distribution on 17 March 2026. The register of members will close from 23 February 2026 to 24 February 2026. Only those shareholders whose names appear on the register at the close of business on 24 February 2026 are entitled to receive the dividend, and all relevant share transfer documents must be lodged by 4:30 p.m. on 20 February 2026.
