Yum China Executes Share Buyback and Related Capital Actions on June 11

Yum China Holdings, Inc. has announced a series of capital market activities conducted on June 11, 2026.
The company repurchased 22,600 of its shares on the Hong Kong market, utilizing HK$7.7334 million for the transactions at prices ranging from HK$339.6 to HK$350.8 per share.
On the same day, the company also repurchased 68,500 of its shares on another market, spending $3 million at prices between $43.32 and $44.09 per share.
Furthermore, the company issued two new shares in connection with grants under its adopted long-term incentive plan.
Additionally, 68,300 previously repurchased shares were cancelled by the company.
