Wuhan Youji Holdings Ltd. (WUHAN YOUJI) filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 March 2026, confirming that both its authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged during the month.

Key highlights • Authorised share capital: 500.00 million ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.0001 each, representing total authorised capital of USD 50,000. No increase or decrease was recorded.

• Issued share capital: 93.30 million ordinary shares were outstanding at month-end, identical to the prior month. No treasury shares are held.

• Public float: The company affirmed compliance with Hong Kong Main Board Rule 13.32D(1), maintaining at least the 25% minimum public-float threshold.

No new share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity instruments were issued, cancelled, or repurchased in March 2026, and no Hong Kong Depositary Receipts are outstanding.

Wuhan Youji submitted the return to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 8 April 2026, signed by Executive Director and Joint Company Secretary Chen Ping.
