2026年8月14日，纽曼思健康食品控股有限公司（02530）发布正面盈利预警补充公告。公司在初步审阅未经过审核的综合管理账目后披露，报告期内集团销售营养品业务收入约为人民币72.7百万元，较去年同期的约93.2百万元减少约人民币20.5百万元。
尽管收入下滑，扣除投资活动损益及相关税务影响后，期内利润维持在约人民币5.2百万元，去年同期为约人民币2.1百万元。
公司指出，目前仍在编制及落实截至2026年6月30日止期间的业绩，相关数据尚未经过董事会审核委员会审阅，最终结果可能有所调整。纽曼思预计将在2026年8月底前披露正式业绩。
